Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to registrations for Coding + AI for Kids by Aqsa Israr.

Refunds Before the Session Starts

A full refund may be requested if the request is made at least 3 days before the scheduled start date of the session.

Refund requests made fewer than 3 days before the session begins are not eligible for a refund, even if the first class has not yet taken place.

Once the session has started, the course fee is non-refundable.

This includes requests made after the first class or at any later point during the batch.

If a student misses a class, a recording of the lecture will be provided so they can catch up.

Missing a class does not qualify for a refund.

If your child is unable to continue with the current batch, you may move them to a future batch.

Once the current session has started, however, the fee will not be refunded.

If Coding + AI for Kids cancels an entire batch/session, parents will receive a full refund of the course fee.

If an individual class needs to be rescheduled, the class will be held at another time.

A rescheduled class does not qualify for a refund of the course fee.
